problem with internet i demonstrate there is flaw with the existing internet box you lose wifi once per hour and you need to reset the box same problem at room 710 and 711 i suppose they will evaluate the situation for the room under problem and make the change

I requested them to do the lead cheque out they said if you check out late we will charge you for it and I was asking check out around 1:30 only

Good budget choice in Singapore

It's a slightly up market budget hotel in Geylang. Walking distance from Kallang MRT station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Rooms have a fridge and a safe.

The rooms are quite small and you need to be aware that Geylang is a red light area so not the squeaky clean version of Singapore you might expect. But it's very safe and Lorong 8 is fairly quiet.

Not if you would like a calm stay

Loved that the housekeepers left water outside the room even when you had put up the 'No need to clean my room" sign, that is thoughtful. And you get free durian smell from the neighbours via the air-conditioning (3 times in 2 weeks, lovely ).

The constant loud noise. This is not the hotel for you if you would like to sleep, or worse, work remotely. Not only can you hear your neighbours cough, shower, have Skype calls, talk, laugh and scold kids, you also have to put up with the groups of people that frequent the hotel and constantly run from one room to the other, yelling loudly and banging doors. Noise started around 7 am, and continued until 1 or 2 am every single night, for 2 weeks, no exception. The hotel either needs to soundproof the rooms, or have a security guard perform some kind of surveillance, because for normal clientele it s unbearable.

1. The demeanor of the staff: Particularly a male employee who appears to be of Indian or Malay descent, was notably unwelcoming during my visit on October 22, 2024, at 3:00 PM. The employee exhibited a lack of friendliness towards guests, failed to smile, and projected an overall lack of vitality. I recommend that the hotel reassess this individual's work attitude. 2. Soundproofing: The sound insulation is inadequate, resulting in significant noise disturbances during the night. 3. Additional Charges: The pricing displayed on the booking platform indicated two types of rates, both inclusive and exclusive of taxes and fees. However, upon check-in, the staff requested additional payment for taxes and fees, despite the fact that the booking price was already inclusive of such charges. 4. Room Odor: The room was permeated with the smell of cigarette smoke, likely due to the air conditioning system, which, upon activation, released the odor of smoke.

DONT EXPECT TOO MUCH.

We had ????cockroaches and that too multiple in our room. Showed the pictures to receptionist. They said it will be cleaned. Next day same problem again.
